PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION WITH MILITARY CLIENTS
During the first part of 2002, ODI conducted two highly successful live demonstrations of its alternative explosives technologies with the Belgian Air Force and the Tunisian Ministry of Defense. These demonstrations are part of ODI's ongoing technical and business collaboration with high-level military and commercial clients keen to evaluate the performance capabilities of efficient explosives technologies for military countermine, UXO and range remediation, stockpile destruction, and demining activities. CONTRACT AWARDS
 ODI's product utilization continues to expand with two recent contract awards from the United Nations and Neyveli Lignite Corporation of India. These two strategically-important sales contracts will see ODI's binary explosives deployed in Somalia for United Nations demining operations and for special industrial blasting applications by the Neyveli Lignite Corporation, a major state-owned energy company.

MARKET EXPANSION
ODI continues to expand its sales and marketing activities in both the commercial-industrial and military sectors in Europe, South America, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the US. This expansion is a result of the growing interest in ODI's range of alternative explosives technologies and an increase in commercial inquiries from a variety of potential commercial and military clients. ODI now has agents and distributors in 18 countries, forming a comprehensive sales, marketing, and distribution network.
